 Dependent information. We discovered that no one at Pacific Heritage Assurance fully understood what a dependent was. We researched the topic and inserted this key information into the Billing Procedures manual. Billing clerks determine dependent eligibility. We also developed a figure to summarize the text.  COBRA notification letter. Automating print requests for COBRA notification letters was a new feature designed for billing clerks. We documented this feature using the traditional numbered lists, supporting screen shots, and references to related sections.
